Sound checks

Because with the mistakes I've done on microphone experiment (Blog 11/29), therefore this time I went through the all equipment with my teacher.

Because last time I feel I was very lack of knowledge on the equipments, specially the Zoom H4n Handy Recorder, therefore my teacher has went through this equipment to me about how it works and how to use it, and then my teacher has send me a basic start guide to help me to have a further understanding.

The microphone didn't work properly last time, so this time we checked all the microphone to know if it was because of I didn't use it properly or it was because of the microphone it self, for doing that, we connected the microphone with the camera first and recorded a video to check if it works or not.

After that we also connected the microphone with the Zoom H4n Handy Recorder to have a double check, and that's what we got.

After all the test, we found out that the reason of Rode VideoMic Pro and HAMA RMZ-10 didn't work is because the battery has run out, therefore the solution we had is to replace the battery for HAMA RMZ-10 and get another new Rode VideoMic Pro. However, during interview, I want the microphone to get as close to the subject, therefore I plan to get another Rode VideoMic Pro and during interview I will connect Rode VideoMic Pro with Zoom H4n Handy Recorder and place it next to the subject, but still use another Rode VideoMic Pro to connect the camera and filming.
