Currently I'm starting to prepare for my filming on Preliminary task, therefore I've made a risk assessment sheet to access all potential hazard and dangerous that could harm my team. After I've done my risk assessment, I've found out the main hazard are tripped by equipment, and heater in the room, which could cause fire. Therefore during filming for preliminary task, I'll make correct and proper action to protect my team and make sure those hazard won't happen
